We are opening our gates in Frauental to provide insight into our modernized plant, daily operations and our sustainability programme.
Founded in 1921 and still known to many as Porzellanfabrik Frauenthal, our company now operates as CERAM AUSTRIA GmbH. Since 30 March 2022 CERAM has been back in Austrian hands (DI Christian Kögl) — and substantial investments have been made since then to modernize and expand the site.
The focus is on sustainable measures: comprehensive renovation, new production facilities to secure jobs and competitiveness, and the expansion of renewable energy (large-scale photovoltaic installation).
