Catalysts are supplied as individual elements, cassettes, or complete catalyst modules. Ceram Austria offers a wide range of cell geometries in standard cross-sections and variable extruded lengths with different formulations for performance- and cost-optimized design. Ceram Austria designs and produces all SCR modules in-house and can therefore respond quickly and flexibly to customer requirements and meet the most demanding quality standards. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    The large-cell geometry is designed for high dust loads in the flue gas. The minimized risk of clogging ensures high catalyst activity throughout the entire operating life. This variant is used in coal- and oil-fired power plants, waste incineration plants, and heavy industry, including glass, cement, and steelworks, as well as carbon black production plants.<\/p>\n

    Our high-performance catalysts for low-dust gas turbine exhaust gases feature cell geometries of up to 75 \u00d7 75 cells (161 cpsi) and are compatible with all common standard SCR modules. The variant is available both as a pure NOx catalyst and as a NOx\/CO combination catalyst.<\/p>\n

    Our specially developed SCR catalysts for marine engines and large stationary engines offer a cell density of up to 300 cpsi and temperature resistance of up to 550\u00b0C. The high aging resistance enables long-term operation in marine applications, stationary power generation, and emergency power generators for system-critical facilities and data centers. They are available as individual elements or as ready-to-install cassette modules.<\/p>\n

    OXI-COMBINATION CATALYST<\/span><\/p>\n

    CO \u25aa<\/span> VOC \u25aa<\/span> NOx<\/p>\n

    This combined oxidation and SCR catalyst is designed for applications with strict CO and hydrocarbon limits and simultaneously removes nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and volatile organic compounds. The ceramic carrier body made of TiO\u2082 and V\u2082O\u2085 is partially coated with precious metals, thus additionally enabling the oxidation of carbon monoxide. Typical applications are sulfur-free processes such as gas turbines and gas engines.<\/p>\n

    Our SCR diesel catalysts for off-highway machinery, heavy commercial vehicles, and locomotives have a round cross-section in standard dimensions from 5.66\" to 12\". High catalytic activity is maintained even at low exhaust gas temperatures. This variant is primarily used in heavy industry, mining, and mobile logistics.<\/p>\n
