Converting Pollutants into Natural Air Components.<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

SCR catalysts based on titanium, tungsten, and vanadium are used in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to convert nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water vapor. These exhaust gas components from thermal power plants, waste incineration plants, combustion engines, and industrial facilities are thus converted into natural components of air. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The process makes a significant contribution to reducing ground-level ozone, acid rain, and the greenhouse effect. It is now recognized worldwide as the state of the art in emission reduction for industrial combustion plants and combustion processes. <\/p>\n

For each plant, the optimal catalyst geometry and active mass are designed in coordination with fuel, temperature profile, and emission limits. Ceram catalysts are successfully in use worldwide in a wide variety of applications. <\/p>\n
